Shipping and Returns

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping mode is the Colissimo delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us.

Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track your package online.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products...
